My name is Evan Gray and I have
been teaching 5th grade science for 8 years at Vidor Middle School. I love this school and the spirit of
the community! I attended Lamar University and double-majored in science and
education. I have always wanted to teach science and am living one of my
dreams!
When I am not teaching I am
playing cheerleader, taxi driver and problem solver to my family. I am a coach’s
wife and mother to four children (2 sons and 2 daughters). We are a very
active, close family and spend most of our time participating in sporting
events and enjoying the outdoors.
When I have a moment to
spare I love to read. I try to make a point to encourage my students to read
for fun and explore the world through books.
I am looking forward to this year and exploring our world through
science and discovery.
